Tourism-permit verified listings
A Saudi Ministry of Tourism permit is required to publish on Ghatta Almaskan. Our team reviews the permit a host supplies before the listing goes live, and the permit number is shown on the listing.
PCI-compliant payments
Card and mada payments run through Moyasar, a Saudi PCI-DSS-certified payment gateway. Ghatta Almaskan never stores raw card numbers.
Pre-booking message filter
Phone numbers, links, and contact info are blocked in chat until your booking is confirmed — protects both sides from off-platform fraud.
Report and block, in one tap
Report a listing, a message, or a person from anywhere in the app. Blocking is enforced on our servers — a blocked account can no longer message you or start a new conversation.
Disputes reviewed by a person
Open a complaint from any booking. A member of our team reviews it and can refund you in full when a host breaks the rules.
