This page sets out, with full transparency, the fees Ghatta Almaskan charges for its services.

The Unit price is set by the Host and shown in Saudi Riyals. The Guest service fee (5%) is added to the Unit price and shown to you itemised before you confirm — what you see is what you pay. The Platform commission (10%) is deducted from the Host's payout. No amount is charged outside what is shown in the Booking Document.
A Security Deposit — if the Host requires one — is settled directly between you and the Host and does not pass through the Platform.
