How do I book a property?
Browse available properties on our homepage. Select a listing you like, choose your check-in and check-out dates, add the number of guests, and click "Reserve". Your booking is confirmed as soon as your payment goes through.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Each listing has its own cancellation policy — the exact window and refund terms are shown on the listing page and at checkout before you book, and the policy shown at booking time is the one that applies to your stay.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay — all in SAR. All payments are processed securely.
Account & Safety
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign up" in the top navigation. You can register with your email address and create a password. Verification of your identity may be required before booking.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal data with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
