Ghatta Almaskan is committed to being usable by every guest, including people with motor, visual, auditory, and cognitive impairments. We target WCAG 2.2 AA conformance on every screen.

What we do

• Minimum 44 × 44px touch targets on every interactive element.
• WCAG AA contrast on body text and UI elements.
• Full prefers-reduced-motion support — animations short-circuit to 0.01ms.
• Bilingual alt text on every image.
• Screen-reader support via proper HTML semantics and ARIA where needed.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus rings.
• Native RTL — not auto-mirrored.

Where we still need work

• Saudi-local screen-reader testing of the booking flow.
• Audio descriptions for the how-it-works video walkthrough.
• Full iOS Voice Control coverage in the mobile app.
